For photos, we use a our iPhones and a Nikon D200 digital SLR with custom settings to amplify colors. The D200 lens is a Nikkor 35mm f/2 fixed (no zoom) - super sharp, amazing depth of field, incredible low light capabilities. We shoot video using a Flip UltraHD - it's perfect.
So the boys were looking so cute in their goggles in the pool, we told them to "put your arms around each other" and say "cheese". They didn't quite understand what we meant, so we clarified, "put your arms around each others shoulders". Still, not really getting it. So I demonstrated by pretending to put my arm around someone's shoulder... and this is what they did.
Hilarious.
