Seeing the world in a different light

W: I know this isn't a photography blog, but I love the results I'm getting from my 35mm f/2 AF Nikkor, so I thought I'd share. Super sharp, super bright, awesome depth of field. More to come, but here's F, mom and O, and Chili Bean.

The depth of field is outstanding.
My new Canon 70-200mm IS f/2.8 should arrive today! Woop woop!
Now I just need a coupla cute kids to point my camera at. Wait, no, I don't need that.
We need to make monster faces while eating and drinking like Caligula. Prepare the baby-heads, Seattle trip imminent.

Chilli Bean! Ok I am sure you get a lot of ohhs and ahhs over the babies. But chilli bean rocks! Especially love his shiny nose with the great DOF. I know your babies are adorable but who can't love this cute pug?

Ooh, those are excellent! I'm looking forward to getting my Nikon D50 up in my babies faces come August. You really can get such great shots if you aren't afraid to get up close and personal with your subjects.
